Szpirt & Company is looking for an intern who is passionate about working at the intersection of strategy, business development, and market analysis. We offer an internship where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in business development, strategic analysis, and client development in a professional and dynamic environment.

Taking on significant responsibility

As an intern at Szpirt & Company, you will play a key role in supporting our team in developing business strategies, market analyses, and client relationships within the lifescience industry. You will work with identifying growth opportunities, developing commercial strategies, and supporting clients in their expansion into new markets. You will contribute to building partnerships and developing strategic relationships, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. Throughout your internship, you will be responsible for concrete projects and work closely with our experienced consultants to create value for our clients.

We imagine that you

• Are currently pursuing a relevant higher education degree in business administration, finance, health economics, social sciences, or a related field.
• Have an interest in business development, market analysis, and strategic advisory.
• Are analytically strong and able to quickly familiarize yourself with new industries and business models.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
• Take a structured approach to your work and are capable of driving tasks independently.
• Experience or knowledge within the financial sector and/or pharma is an advantage.

You will be based at our office on Bredgade, where we work closely together in a professional environment with a strong focus on well-being as well as professional and personal development. We are particularly active within life science, defense, and infrastructure, but our client portfolio is broad, ranging from some of Denmark’s largest companies to promising startups across various industries and countries. A significant part of our client portfolio consists of global companies, providing opportunities to work on a wide range of diverse and exciting projects.

We ensure that your internship becomes a valuable learning experience aligned with your interests and career goals. We are flexible regarding your academic commitments and exam periods. The internship is unpaid; however, Szpirt & Company is open to providing a monthly gratuity. If the internship progresses as expected, we can discuss the possibility of a permanent student position afterwards.

Application

We are seeking interns for the Fall Semester 2026 (August 2026 to December 2026), though we are flexible regarding the exact period. The application deadline is March 15, 2025 at 23:59, but interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. The initial round will consist of a personal interview. If there is a good match, you will be given a case assignment to solve and present at our office.
