Commercial Operations Student Assistant – GF/Uponor A/S

Kickstart your career in sales operations while you study!

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student assistant to join our European Commercial Operations team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, project management, and data analysis — while working part-time alongside your studies.

You’ll be part of an international team with colleagues in Denmark, Germany, and Finland, and you’ll report directly to the Senior Director, Commercial Operations. The role is based in Denmark with a hybrid work setup (office + remote) and offers the flexibility you need during exam periods.

What you’ll do

• Support projects that improve sales processes and team efficiency.
• Keep our sales database (CRM) up to date and accurate.
• Work with sales and customer data to spot trends and suggest improvements.
• Build reports and dashboards to track performance.
• Help with planning activities like sales targets and territory organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, finance, and IT.
• Learn how to use tools that automate reporting and boost productivity (training provided).
• Share your ideas to make workflows and operations better.

What we’re looking for

• You’re currently studying Business, Economics, or a related field with minimum 1½ years of studies ahead of you.
• You have an interest in sales operations, data analysis, or project management.
• You know the basics of Excel or similar tools; experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce) is a plus.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• You enjoy working in a team and communicating across functions.
• You’re fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• You’re based in Denmark and eligible to work here.
• You can work approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
• You’re comfortable starting with close guidance, and ready to take on more independence over time.
