For our Offshore Portfolio and Platform Engineering Management team we are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who will be responsible to develop, implement, optimize, train and support users in "Interfacing processes". You will take ownership of processes influencing the deliverables and creation of deliverables within Offshore Engineering that has a link to other division departments within Siemens Wind Power. The main focus will be our interfaces towards our Supply Chain and Technology departments.
What are my responsibilities?
Optimization of existing processes based on Best Practice, Lesson Learned or other relevant feedback
Development of new processes based on requirements from our Engineering line organization or external stakeholders
Deliver IMS approved process in Document House
Implement various processes
Deliver and execute implementation plan
Deliver IMS approved and implemented updated processes
Process support to Engineering employees and stakeholder departments
Deliver training material and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders for Engineering relevant processes
Develop and publish information materials to process users
Monitor relevant external processes through IMS network and review of processes to secure that Engineering process roles and responsibilities are known and executed
What do I need to qualify for this job?
You hold a M.Sc. in Technology Based Business Development or similar relevant education - preferably with a commercial add-on
A minimum of 7 years experience within business process development and improvement, engineering processes and/or management of development projects with a wide number of stakeholders
You understand the full value chain and related processes from both technical, logistics and commercial point of view
Preferably, you have experience from order producing business within areas of e.g. R&D, Customer Engineering and/or Supply chain. Experience from business within the wind industry will be an advantage
You have solid project management experience and implementation management skills
You are capable of continuously maintaining a clear overview of progress on all activities under your responsibility
You have a hands-on approach and hold a clear view on downstream impact across the full range of ongoing & planned activities
You have outstanding stakeholder management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and hold a strong customer mindset
You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing
